FINALLY, THE EMAILS, ADS, TELEGRAPHS, AND FACEBOOK MENTIONS ON WHERE TO DO MY TAXES AND HOW TO SPEND MY TAX RETURN SHALL BE DISSIPATING
I DID MINE ON JANUARY 19TH!
EARLY BIRD MIGHT GET THE WORM, BUT THEN WAITS FOR 3 MORE MONTHS FOR THE OTHER BIRDS’ WORM…GETTING– YOU GET IT.
After weeks of expressing my excitement for Lady Gaga’s future performance at the Super Bowl LI Halftime Show to everyone that I know, I’m happy to say she exceeded my expectations. I was confident in my statements “She knows how to put on a show.”, and “The NFL needs this redemption after last year’s Coldplay disaster.” So thanks, Steph, for putting on one hell of a performance!
Hopefully most of us can agree that the 2016 VMAs had to be in at least the top 3 most boring VMA shows of all time. Maybe last year’s Miley-Cyrus-hosted PARTY had the fun, drama, and interesting bar set too high in my mind. Kind of like Coldplay’s Superbowl halftime show following Katy Perry’s most viewed in history, extravagant, incredible halftime show- Killer performances by Beyoncé just aren’t enough sometimes. (Pardon the shade, but I’m still salty, NFL.) I also didn’t know about 3/4 of the artists there. There must not have been high expectations to begin with from a lot of the elite. No Katy, Miley, Taylor, Selena, Justin. I was super excited to see Britney perform “in the house that she built”(G-Eazy) and that was definitely amazing, of course. There were some moments I enjoyed that really had nothing to do with the show, I mostly watched from the audience/backstage cams.
1.Never heard of Zara Larrson,
but seeing her on the “White” carpet had me like…
Carrie Underwood at the 2016 CMT Music Awards. Her arrival look matched the show’s color scheme. Fucking brilliant. Makes my eyes happy, thank you.
Out of Palm Beach County, out of a toxic home environment, and out of a job (in a good way). I’m now a resident of Brevard County, living in a home without rats and without someone insane enough to be content in living with rats.
Yes, the image to the left was actually taken in the house I was living in. That was a box in the laundry room. In order to do laundry, I had to deal with the smell that was as if we had 100 hamsters in there. And then there were babies. Baby rats that could fit underneath room doors. I kept a towel stuffed under my bedroom door to keep them out. That was of course, AFTER I saw one run OUT of my room.
It was a miserable environment, and I’m happy to be gone. I’m proud of myself for knowing what I needed to do and getting it done. I’m thankful for the time I got to spend with a great friend towards the end which also distracted me from all the nonsense and kept my head level. I’m much closer to my family finally after missing this past Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving due to my distance. I’m ready and excited for my next challenge- be it in human, rodent, professional, or emotional form. Let’s see what else you got, life.
